What we collect
Information you provide directly (name, email, delivery and billing details when you order or subscribe) and information collected automatically (device and usage data via cookies and analytics, where enabled).
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, send updates you have opted into, and improve our products and website. We process personal data on the lawful bases of contract, consent and legitimate interests.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business — such as our payment processor, fulfilment partner and email platform — and only as necessary. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights

Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Google / YouTube API Data
FCSD Uploader may connect to Google and YouTube through Google OAuth 2.0 in order to publish and manage content on behalf of an authorised user.
When you connect a Google or YouTube account, the application may access information required to authenticate your account and perform the actions you authorise, such as publishing videos and retrieving basic account or channel information.
OAuth access and refresh tokens may be stored securely so the application can maintain the authorised connection and perform requested publishing actions without requiring you to sign in each time.
FCSD Uploader does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising.
Google user data is only used to provide the features explicitly requested by the user and is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
You may revoke FCSD Uploader’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
